A.P.M. Terminals acquires ECT’s share in SCCT, becomes 60% shareholder.
A.P.Møller-Maersk announces that APM Terminals has acquired from ECT their fifty percent share in the entity which is the majority shareholder in SCCT, Suez Canal Container Terminal. APM Terminals has thus effectively become the sixty percent shareholder in SCCT, the builder and operator of the new terminal at Port Said East Port, which is due to commence operations in October
A.P.M. Terminals is fully committed to continue to support SCCT in its goal to become a world class common user container terminal facility at the strategic location of Port Said East at the entrance to the Suez Canal.
Kortom: ECT is uitgekocht door APM en heeft nu dus een meerderheidsbelang in SCCT, ofwel, wanneer kunnen we de lichtblauwe blauwe verf met witte sterren gaan bestellen?????
